The project was conceived as an Italian-style destination for sustainable luxury: a unique environment where architecture, nature and the Italian culture of hospitality come together in harmony.

Water, flowing from the gentle hills of Zhuzhijian Island towards the bay, becomes a defining element of the architectural concept, shaping a continuous dialogue between landscape, architecture and sea. Together with the earth, it lies at the heart of the project’s philosophy, forming a balanced system designed to minimise environmental impact while preserving and enhancing the natural qualities of the site.
