Climatmarina

A new vision for the marina, transforming the need for protection from extreme heat into a design opportunity: a place of wellbeing to experience, enjoy and share, even when external conditions make life on the water more challenging.

Conceived as a “marina destination”, the project is an enclosed and climate-controlled environment with private berths, leisure spaces and landscaped areas. It is designed not simply as a place to moor, but as a destination in its own right, a refined setting in which to spend time in comfort and tranquillity.

Like a modern tent in the desert, the marina becomes a protected oasis through a light and contemporary architectural language. A vast canopy in high-performance technical fabric envelops the spaces, integrating photovoltaic systems for energy generation while creating a vibrant yet relaxing environment designed for owners, guests and families.
