The urban layout draws on exclusive Italian luxury marinas, integrating commercial life with a series of separate, sheltered coves. These areas are linked by land and sea, allowing people to move effortlessly between them by boat or shuttle, while each retains its own distinct identity.

Unlike traditional developments that separate residential and commercial zones, the concept weaves together living, leisure, and commerce in connected, vibrant spaces. The result is a more dynamic, engaging environment, one that invites visitors to linger and experience the city fully.
